  COMPETITIVE SWIM OVERNIGHT CAMP

The UWO Competitive Swimming Camp is right around the corner!  We are looking forward to working with the swimmers and improving their knowledge and skills as competitive athletes.  This camp is a comprehensive approach to help develop techniques, strategies, and confidence to help take swimmers to the next level.  We will have pool sessions focused on technique where we will video tape and review on deck.  There will also be pool sessions focused on conditioning and racing, and we will group athletes of similar experience/speed levels.  We have an educational component (Mind Power Talks) every day during the camp.  These will vary in topics and will be age group appropriate
